My stay was wonderful, really enjoyed comfortable vibes!
Everything was good, attentive staff, magnificent views of the sea. The room was spotless, new-fashioned and included a refrigerator, an air conditioning, and an individual safe. It included a good bed and a private bathroom.

Staff were very friendly, atmosphere was comfortable, it had excellent location near to the tourist area of Calera next to the beach in easy walking distance of many bars, and the ferry to San Sebastian. My well-equipped room included great bed, a refrigerator, an air conditioning, and an individual safe. I had pleasant days staying at this hip new hotel.

An excellent new building, in a good location, with modern, spacious rooms and facilities, The architect should be proud of the design.
The evening meal and breakfast were both buffets. There was plenty of choice, but the meals probably only rated 3 starts. The majority of guests were on bed and breakfast.

Very central, nice room, good breakfast, nice pool
Very very poor evening meal - do not go half board with this hotel. The meal is a buffet of very poor quality and when I asked to alter the accomadation to b+b only I was refunded only €12 per person per meal. Outrageous charge for internet use - 0.18c/min in a 4 star hotel this should be free. Poor facilities for printing off booking passes etc. - when this was requested at reception I was told I first had to e mail the hotel and then they would print out the pass- pretty strange! When staying at a 2* apartment later in the holiday this was done immediately at reception with no hassle and no charge. Overall I wouldn't rate it 4*

The hotel's beautifully decorated interiors and elegant design truly impressed me. The attention to detail in the general areas, such as the lobby and lounge, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. There were conveniently placed handrails and ramps throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate and feel safe.
I would have appreciated a greater focus on ensuring a comfortable vacation for senior people, such as offering more assistance or activities tailored to our needs.

The personalized service was so amazing, it made me feel like a new person! And who needs a kettle when you can heat your coffee on the stove like a true adventurer? The sarcastic review regarding the coffee machine malfunctioning multiple times, making a mess and having to heat the coffee on the stove, adds a humorous touch. The positive review mentions the helpful reception staff, excellent breakfast, and relaxing swimming pool. The humorous touch is maintained by sarcastically mentioning having to clean the floor ourselves and using a broom from the housekeeping trolley.

It was all superb.
